- Experienced Cleaners: If you've worked in bond/end-of-lease cleaning, commercial office cleaning, hotel or Airbnb cleaning, or housekeeping, you'll find our environment familiar and rewarding. Your understanding of cleaning standards, chemicals, and time management is highly valued.
- International Students: A common and valued part of Adelaide's cleaning industry, international students offer flexibility for casual shifts and are motivated to earn income. We just need to check your work rights.
- People with Hospitality or Hotel Background: Individuals with experience from hotels, motels, or Airbnb turnover cleaning often adapt quickly due to their familiarity with fast-paced cleaning and high standards.

Your role in our cleaning crew
As a valued member of the Npljobs Management cleaning crew, your main responsibilities will include maintaining exceptional cleanliness across various environments:
- General Cleaning: Vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping floors, dusting furniture, shelves, and surfaces, and emptying/replacing bin liners in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Bathroom and Toilet Cleaning: Ensuring hygiene by cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers, scrubbing tiles and grout, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and refilling toiletries when required.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area through cleaning benches and splashbacks, wiping cupboards and appliances, and cleaning sinks and taps. For deep cleaning jobs, this also includes oven and rangehood cleaning.
- Window and Glass Cleaning: Cleaning interior and sometimes exterior windows, mirrors, glass doors, and partitions to a streak-free finish.
- Bond / End-of-Lease Cleaning: Performing detailed cleaning tasks for move-out properties to meet stringent inspection standards.
