1. Introduction

Welcome to the NPLJOBS website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.

“NPLJOBS,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to NPLJOBS (Australia). “You” refers to the user, client, or visitor.

2. Service Provision

NPLJOBS provides commercial, residential, and specialised cleaning services across Sydney Adelaide regions in Australia.

All services are subject to:

  • Availability of staff

  • Site inspection (if required)

  • Agreement to a written quotation or service contract

  • Compliance with health, safety, and access requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond our operational capacity.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotations provided are:

  • Valid for 14 days, unless otherwise specified

  • Based on the information supplied by the client

  • Subject to adjustment if additional work, hazards, or access issues are identified on-site

A revised quote may be issued if the scope of work changes.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

To confirm a booking, clients must accept the quotation or provide written approval.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee

  • Missed appointments due to denied access or incorrect information may be charged at the minimum service rate

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises

  • Ensure electricity, lighting, and water are available (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Inform us of any hazards, restrictions, or building rules

  • Secure valuables and sensitive materials

NPLJOBS is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, faulty surfaces, or defective materials.

6. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Business clients: 7–30 day payment terms (depending on contract)

  • One-off services: Payment due immediately upon completion

Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for overdue accounts.

7. Liability & Warranty

NPLJOBS takes every precaution to deliver high-quality, safe cleaning services.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from pre-existing issues with flooring, carpets, machinery, windows, or surfaces

  • Items left unsecured or unattended

  • Losses caused by client negligence, building defects, or undisclosed hazards

  • Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages

If damage occurs due to our proven negligence, we will repair or compensate within reasonable limits.

8. Service Guarantee

We aim to deliver the highest standard of cleaning and facility support.

If you are dissatisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We will arrange a re-clean or corrective service at no extra cost

Guarantees do not apply to conditions outside our control, including weather, building defects, or misuse after service completion.

9. Health & Safety

NPLJOBS complies with all relevant Australian WHS laws and industry standards.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse work in hazardous or unsafe areas

  • Reschedule services due to dangerous conditions

  • Request the removal of hazardous materials prior to cleaning

Clients must disclose chemicals, biological risks, or restricted areas prior to service delivery.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute content without permission

  • Hack, disrupt, or misuse the site

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

All content—including text, images, graphics, and branding—is the property of NPLJOBS.
